Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of Red Panda Club (the "service"), a browser-based podcast audio recorder operated from the European Union. By creating an account or recording with the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Red Panda Club records each participant's voice locally in their browser and merges the tracks into a publish-ready mix. You bring your own video call (Meet, Zoom, or anything else); we handle only the audio. We deliberately do not provide video recording, transcription or hosting.
2. Your account
You sign in with email links, no passwords. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can access your account. You must provide a real email address you control.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel from the customer portal before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights (including EU withdrawal rights) are unaffected.
- Plan limits (number of shows, session length, retention, export formats) are described on the pricing page and may evolve; we won't reduce what you've paid for mid-period.
4. Your content
Recordings are yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your tracks, processing them (merging, leveling, format conversion) and delivering them back to you. We claim no other rights over your audio.
5. Recording responsibly
- You are responsible for obtaining your guests' consent to being recorded and for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply to you and them.
- Don't use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload or probe the service itself.
6. Storage and your responsibility to download
Retention follows your plan (Starter: 14 days; Pro and Network: until you delete). The service includes several safety nets (live chunked upload, local backup copies), but no system is infallible: download and keep your own copies of recordings that matter to you. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll email account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions? Use the contact form in your account page or reply to any email we've sent you.
