FAQ
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They open your link, allow the microphone and keep the tab open. They do not need an account.
What happens if the internet drops mid-recording?
Recording keeps running locally in the browser while the tab stays open. Uploads continue when the connection comes back, so the take is protected from normal call glitches.
Which video call apps does it work with?
Any of them. Meet, Zoom, Discord, Teams, FaceTime, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram or a phone call. We only handle the audio recording.
Do I get separate tracks per speaker?
Yes. You get a synced mix plus separate host and guest tracks, so you can publish quickly or edit with full control.
What audio quality do you record at?
Each track is captured locally in the browser, so it avoids video-call compression. Pro and Network also include WAV export.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. Cancel anytime from the customer portal before it ends and you will not be charged.
Where is the audio stored?
On our servers in the EU. Starter keeps recordings for 14 days; Pro and Network keep them until you delete them.
Do you do video, AI transcription or hosting?
No, on purpose. You keep your call, editing and publishing tools. Red Panda Club handles the podcast audio files.
