Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They open the link in any modern browser, grant mic access and they are good to go. Works on desktop and mobile.
What happens if the internet drops mid-recording?
Recording keeps running locally in the browser. The audio is uploaded once the connection is back, so a flaky call never ruins the take.
Which video call apps does it work with?
Any of them. Meet, Zoom, Discord, Teams, FaceTime, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or just a phone call. We only handle the audio recording, you pick the call platform you already use.
Do I get separate tracks per speaker?
Yes. Each voice is recorded on its own track plus you get an automatic mix with your intro and outro. Edit it however you want or publish the mix as is.
What audio quality do you record at?
Each track is captured locally at 128 kbps so there is no call compression or internet artefacts. You hear the actual mic, not the call.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. Cancel anytime from the customer portal before it ends and you will not be charged.
Where is the audio stored?
On our servers in the EU. Starter plan keeps recordings for 14 days, Pro and Network keep them permanently. You can download them anytime.
Do you do video, AI transcription or hosting?
No, on purpose. We only do clean podcast audio. That keeps it cheap and fast. Use your favorite tools for the rest.
